Data Deletion Request
Delete your account and data.
This page applies to every app published by CS Group on the App Store and Google Play, and to orders from CS Group storefronts. Two ways to request deletion. We confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within the time required by the law that applies to you: 72 hours in Vietnam, 30 days elsewhere.
1. Delete from inside the app
If the app has an account, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and the data linked to it are removed from our servers within the time stated above.
If the app has no account, we hold no profile for you. The app may still send us analytics and advertising identifiers; to have those deleted, email us (step 2) with the advertising ID shown in your device settings, or reset the ID (section 6). Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.
2. Email us
Send an email to contact@csgroup.vn with the subject "Data deletion request". Include:
- The app or store name
- The email address or username you used (shown in the app's Settings screen)
- Whether you want everything deleted or only specific data
We confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within the time stated above. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.
3. If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple
Removing the app from your Facebook, Google or Apple account settings revokes our access. For Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select the app and choose Remove; this sends us a deletion request automatically and we delete the data linked to your Facebook ID. For Google and Apple sign-in, also send the email in step 2 so we can delete the server-side data.
4. What gets deleted
- Account profile and login details
- Content you created and in-app settings stored on our servers
- Support conversations linked to your account
- Analytics and advertising identifiers linked to your account
5. What we keep, and why
- Order and payment records required by tax and accounting law in Vietnam and in the country of sale, for up to 10 years
- Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
- Anonymized data that can no longer identify you
6. Advertising identifiers
Deleting your account does not reset the advertising ID on your device. To reset it: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
