Terms of Service Apps, Website and Storefronts

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by CS GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("CS Group", "we"), a joint stock company incorporated in Vietnam, business registration no. 0111212585, with its registered office at 23rd Floor, Discovery Tower, 302 Cau Giay St., Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old in Vietnam, 13 in the United States, or the minimum age in your country, to use the Services. If you are under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Report unauthorized access to us by email.

4. License to use the apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, rent or distribute the apps, except where the law allows it.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through Apple or Google under their terms, and prices may vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

6. Orders from our storefronts

Orders placed on Amazon, Etsy or Walmart are also subject to that marketplace's terms. Prices, shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when shipping is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Returns follow the storefront's policy; custom and personalized items may be non-returnable unless defective. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Advertising

We do not control third-party ads or the products they promote.

8. Acceptable use

You may not exploit bugs, use automated tools or modified clients, post unlawful or harmful content, disrupt the Services, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. User content

You own what you submit. You grant CS Group a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to operate the Services. You are responsible for your content.

10. Intellectual property

CS Group or its licensors own the Services and their content, protected by copyright and trademark law. CS GROUP, CREATIVE SPACE and the CS Group logo are our marks. Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, App Store and Google Play are marks of their owners.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.

12. Updates and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any app, storefront or feature at any time. We try to give notice of major changes but are not required to.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CS Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CS Group against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breaches of these Terms or when required by law. Sections 10, 13, 14, 15 and 17 survive termination.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and may bring claims in your local courts.

18. Apple-specific terms

For apps downloaded from the App Store: these Terms are between you and CS Group, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support. Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary. Where an app fails to conform to a warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price, to the extent the law allows; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims, with CS Group, not Apple. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

19. Changes to these Terms

We post updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after that date means you accept them.
