Privacy Policy Apps, Website and Storefronts

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by CS GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("CS Group", "we"), a joint stock company incorporated in Vietnam, business registration no. 0111212585, with its registered office at 23rd Floor, Discovery Tower, 302 Cau Giay St., Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details when you email us or use the contact form: name, email address, message.
Account details if an app offers an account: email or sign-in provider ID, display name, settings.
Order details from our storefronts: name, shipping address, phone, items ordered. Payment is processed by the marketplace or payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Support details: what you send us when you ask for help.

Information collected automatically

Device type, operating system version, language, app version
App and website usage events, crash logs
Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) where you have allowed them
Purchase events reported by Apple or Google
Cookies and similar technologies on the website (see section 7)

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos or microphone data unless an app asks for that permission for a specific feature you choose to use.

3. How we use information

To run, secure and improve the Services
To process and deliver orders and handle returns
To answer support, partnership and privacy requests
To show ads in free apps and measure their performance
To find and fix bugs and prevent fraud and abuse
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

4. Advertising

Some of our apps are free and supported by advertising from third-party advertising networks. These networks may use your advertising identifier to show and measure ads. You can limit this in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we show a consent prompt before any personalized advertising.

5. Analytics and other service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf under contract: analytics and crash reporting, push notification and app measurement providers, sign-in providers (Apple, Google, Facebook), app store purchases (Apple, Google), marketplace platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart), and email and website hosting providers. The current list of providers for a specific app is available on request.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only:

With the service providers and advertising partners in sections 4 and 5
With payment, shipping and fulfillment partners to complete an order
When required by law, a court order or a lawful request from a public authority
To protect the rights, property or safety of CS Group, our users or the public
In a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you

Some advertising-related sharing may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law; California residents can opt out as described in section 10. We honor these requests from California residents whether or not the CCPA applies to us.

7. Cookies

csgroup.vn sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The contact form opens your email app; nothing is stored on our servers. Fonts are served from csgroup.vn; no third party receives your IP address when you load the site. If we add analytics later, we will update this section and ask for consent where the law requires it.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Vietnamese tax and accounting law (up to 10 years). Analytics data is kept for up to 26 months. Contact and support messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange. You can request deletion at any time (section 11).

9. Security

We use standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and limited retention. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Vietnam (Law on Personal Data Protection 2025, No. 91/2025/QH15, and its implementing regulations): you have the right to be informed, to consent and withdraw consent, to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, receive your data, and complain. We respond within the time limits set by law.

EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): our legal bases are consent (advertising, optional features), contract (orders, accounts), legal obligation and legitimate interests (security, improving the Services). You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you may know, delete and correct your personal information, opt out of "sale" or "sharing", and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email contact@csgroup.vn with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to verify your identity. We act on requests within the time limits of the law that applies to you: 72 hours for deletion under Vietnamese law, one month under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and 45 days under the CCPA.

11. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and data at any time by following Data Deletion Request, or by emailing us.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children: under 16 in Vietnam, under 13 in the United States, or under the minimum age in your country. If we learn that we hold a child's personal information without proper consent, we delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us at any time.

13. International transfers

CS Group is based in Vietnam. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, Singapore and the EU. Where data leaves the EEA, UK or Switzerland we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Cross-border transfers from Vietnam are documented as required by Vietnamese personal data protection law.

14. Changes to this policy

We post changes on this page with a new effective date. For material changes we notify you in the apps or by email where we can.
