Mobile Developer

CS Group's app studio ships several apps on a shared foundation: networking, storage, UI components, payments, push and deep links. This role builds and maintains those apps and that foundation, and keeps them fast, stable and live on the App Store and Google Play.

• Develop and maintain mobile apps (iOS/Android) with the technology that fits the project (native or cross-platform); work with PM, Designer, Backend and QA to ship new features
• Build shared foundation components (networking, storage, UI components, etc.) while limiting dependence on third-party libraries
• Optimize performance: app launch time, memory, CPU, battery, network
• Handle crashes, memory leaks and multithreading bugs
• Integrate push notifications, deep links and in-app purchases; publish apps to the App Store / Google Play
• Review code, write technical documentation, apply AI to development work
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager and the Board of Management when required

• Have at least 2 years of mobile app development experience (iOS, Android or cross-platform)
• Hold a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Are proficient in at least one mobile technology: Swift, Kotlin/Java, Flutter, React Native, etc. No language restriction; what matters is a solid foundation and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
• Understand the app lifecycle, memory management and asynchronous / multithreaded processing on your platform
• Think algorithmically and analytically, and care about app architecture and how mobile operating systems work under the hood
• Are proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, eager to learn and able to research new technology independently

Nice to have

• Experience on both iOS and Android, or integrating cross-platform modules into native apps
• Performance optimization with profiling tools (Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Flutter DevTools, etc.)

• We operate what we build: crash rates, review cycles and store policy changes are watched every day.
• Prototype before code; two-week sprints with a working build at the end of each.
• Privacy by design: privacy labels, Data safety forms and account deletion are part of every release.

• Salary from VND 17,000,000 to 28,000,000 per month
